How do i tell my coach I dont want to dive anymore?

then say this….
I like diving and ive had fun but some family problems have come up and i can no longer remain on the team.
be honest with him, tell him you don’t want to dive anymore as you have other interests right now.
tell him, that you simply want to try other activities.
Just tell your coach that you don’t have much interest in diving anymore and that it was a wonderful 3 years (if they were, that is). You can also say that you need to take care of other things or focus on more important things than diving.
“I won’t be back next year, I want to concentrate on my studies.”
Write him a letter resigning from the team.
