  • Yikes, too many to list. When you do an activity in either the Strength training or Yoga it will list combos that work well together. if you then go and do the listed activities you get a check mark on each and a little “high five” for doing them all. So focus your search there. I do know that the “Plank” in strenght training and the “Cobra” in yoga complete one workout. The Plank is a killer, it hurts so much!

  • Well on mine you have to be on it for a certain amount of time and then you unlock different excercises.

  • Well I can’t name all the workouts you would get but I do know that if you were to play the hula hoop game enough {about 3,4,5} times then the unlock the expert or the next step up, same with the tight rope walking thing, step game were you step on and off the wii balance board, etc. I just got wii fit yesterday and I’ve unlocked over half the game so it won’t take long just play for about 2 hours and you’ll unlock at least mor then a quarter of the game. I really hope this helps and good luck with the game i reccomned it I’ve already 1.5 lbs in 2 hours of game time.

It would be nice if there was an icon specifically for the “workouts’ that way you can just complete those workouts. This crossed my mind this morning as I attempting the Dance” move in Yoga.
