What is an exercise routine on the Wii Fit that will help you lose weight?

Once you unlock all of the exercises and activities is when things really get fun and interesting. I like to warm up and stretch with the basic yoga moves (the warrior, the tree, etc)…just basic ones to work on centering your balance. Then I always do some strength training…and it will tell you what moves to do together to do a muscle group workout (it iwll include yoga & strength). I like to do the hula hoop too…it really works your hips and obliques. If you unlock the boxing and work up to the ten minute one it really gets your moving! Also, you can do the free run anywhere in your house, instead of just in front of you TV. Just put it in your pocket and feel free to run around the whole place.

I’m not trying to lose, I’m trying to gain weight, but I would recommend the jogging and hula-hooping exercises in the Aerobic section of Wii Fit to lose weight, as well as the boxing (which can be unlocked in the Aerobic section). Then again, all activities on Wii Fit help your body in someway, but Aerobic and Muscle are probably the most likely to help you lose weight.
