Will the Wii Fit help me to shed unwanted weight?

My goal is to lose a total of ten pounds. Will the Wii Fit help me to shed those ten unwanted pounds if I use it for at least 30 minutes a day, everyday? I’ve unlocked the long run and other exercises that can last up to at least ten minutes each.

To those of you that own a Wii Fit, has it helped you at all?

    Yes, if you bench press it 20,000 times. I’m at 697 and counting, it really works!!!

  • I don’t see why it wouldn’t help…It might not produce fast results, but I am told that any kind of movement is good…

  • i dont no how much 10 pounds is. but i do no it is pretty impressive. I know sum one who uses it and they have lost weight

    this wont help you even though we have a wii fit but i put my xbox on a tv infront of a treadmill and im down 6 pounds in a few weeks not even using it everyday, but when i do use it it’s for a couple hours

    It may but the better way is go running your burn more weight or swimming. Wii Fit is better then just sitting on the couch the more you move the more weight you’ll lose.

  • well it might i want to get one. but what i do is go to the gym, i love it its almost addictiing it makes you feel refreshed go for an hour or so. it really really reallly helps

  • Truefully my Wii Fit did not help me at all it just wasted my time trying to do what I thought was right.

    The best way to loose weight is to go swimming for 1/2 an hour everyday, that really helped me.

    yes. it will help. but just like anything, only if you stick to it!! and it won’t help you lose weight if you go eat a doughnut after you workout (i’ve done that)….
    but yeah, i’ve found WiiFit to be really great!! (of course drink plenty of water, and eat healthy!)

  • I have lost 10 pounds using the wii fit in the last month. I spend at least 30-45 minutes on the wii doing a mixture of all the exercises every day. I also go to the gym for at least an hour 3 times a week. I use the Wii fit as a motivational tool because it keeps track of your progress.

  • Yes.. I think that if you stick to your daily workout , try hard to make ur goals, and start watchin gmore of what you eat you can do it! I know I have started to lose some weight and so have a few friends that own one as well. So Good Luck!!
